What we collect

Your name, email and a securely hashed password. For the social accounts you connect: public profile details, your posts and their stats (views, likes, comments, shares), and comments left on your posts.

When you add a creator to your swipe library, we look at that creator's public videos only.

How we use it

Only to run Firewheel for you: showing your stats, flagging winners, building your swipe library, writing scripts and playbook suggestions, and sending replies or DMs you have turned on.

Who sees it

You and the people you invite to a workspace. Each person only sees the workspaces they belong to. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run Firewheel (hosting, database, and the posting partner that connects your social accounts). They only process data to provide their service to us.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your data, except anything we must keep by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and access to each workspace is checked on every request.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Using Firewheel after a change means you accept it.
